These Terms & Conditions provide the general contractual framework for orders placed with VibeORa. They are intentionally broad so the shop can launch with a clear baseline set of rules.

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the VibeORa online shop. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Offers and availability
All offers in the shop are non-binding and subject to product availability. Product photos, descriptions, and other materials are provided for general information and may vary slightly in individual cases.
3. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when VibeORa separately confirms the order, dispatches the goods, or otherwise accepts the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, for example due to unavailability, an obvious error, or suspected misuse.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website or at checkout apply. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown separately where applicable. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout, including Stripe. VibeORa does not store or process full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur because of stock availability, logistics, or third-party service providers.
6. Customer obligations
Customers must provide complete and accurate information, accept delivery, inspect goods after receipt, and report obvious issues within a reasonable time.
7. Returns, cancellations, and defects
A general right of return or cancellation exists only where required by mandatory law or where VibeORa has expressly offered it. Obvious defects or incorrect deliveries should be reported as soon as reasonably possible so that an appropriate solution can be considered.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VibeORa's liability is limited to direct damages. Liability for indirect damages, consequential losses, lost profit, or delay-only losses is excluded. Mandatory legal rights and liability for intent or gross negligence remain unaffected.
9. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy also applies to the processing of personal data.
10. Applicable law and changes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. VibeORa may update these terms for future orders. The version published on the website at the time of the order applies.
